Your private key is like a password. Without it you cannot access sensitive information. So with a reinstall your private key will always have to be re-entered to prevent unauthorized access and for your security. If you do not have direct access to your companies credentials you should reach out to those with admin access. Once you have access, Please refer to the installation instructions on our plugin page where we provide steps and screenshots corresponding to each step to configure your plugin.
If you have any further issues after following these steps please reach back out and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Hi Mayda,
Version 2.0.0 no longer supports WooCommerce’s Classic Checkout, which is most likely what your site is using and why you are not seeing the payment form. Our plugin is now only compatible with Block Checkout, as made default since WooCommerce 8.0. Please refer to the top of our updated installation instructions on how to change your Checkout page to Block from Classic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/clover-payments-for-woocommerce/#installation

Thank you for your patience. From documentation, Formidable forms states it can be used with WooCommerce. Keep in mind our Clover Plugin is built on WooCommerce so you must have both installed as a minimum requirement to continue use of our plugin as a payment gateway on your store. As well, not all plugins are compatible with our Clover Plugin, so it is recommended you keep a back up and perform tests in your sandbox environment to assure it works as intended. As well, all donations forms have to be PCI compliant. If all of these minimum requirements are there you should be able to use Clover for this use case.
