Here is the setting to make it the homepage

But when you go to the site it doesn’t show any of the details that are on the Contact Us page.

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Field Names and Entries DisappearingI had the same problem, the author and the support crew inferred that it was only me. I created the same form in the free version and it worked perfectly. My advice : use free, don’t use paid at all.

I’ve also asked for one and been denied. I’m now using the free version to do exactly what the paid version won’t/can’t do.
Anything like that, it could be CSV or just an explanation of the tables involved (I haven’t looked at the database yet, but probably will today to see how easy/complex it is).
