    Line: 60 Line: ticket_creation_mode varchar(
   50) NULL
 * It needs a , (comma) at the end or it fails the SQL and the tickets table is 
   not created. add that , before you activate the plugin and it will create all
   the tables and run fine for you.

 * Sorry for the delay in replying.
 * Where are you getting that error? I just Installed the plugin on a fresh wordpress
   install and could not replicate that error.
