 * Thanks for your detailed reply. What worked for me was creating `archive-testimonal.
   php` and then customising from there.

 * [@chris](https://wordpress.org/support/users/chris/) Dillon. What kind of template
   is it then? How is the plugin using the WordPress template hierarchy?
 * It seems that `wp/wp-includes/general-template.php` is being used to render the
   testimonials.
 * Is there a way to override this so that I can use my own template rather than
   the `woothemes_testimonials_html` filter?

 * Rough translation:
 * A few minutes ago our Anti-Virus scanner reported that a damaging file was loaded
   on your webspace. The name of the file is (see above)
 * TO protect you from dangerous hacker attacks, our virus scanner tests every file
   which has been uploaded or changed. If a file shows obvious signs of an attack,
   it is automatically deactivated.
 * This detection / identification will continue after receipt of this email…
 * It then goes on to advise changing all passwords etc. No details about the actual
   problem. Just thought it would be best to let you know.

   Schritt.

 * Thanks for your reply.
 * Thats fine in the longer term but in the short term I needed to get things working.
   Its not always practical in the real world to update WordPress just because a
   button isn’t appearing. The site in question has been neglected for a while and
   I’m only willing to update WordPress once I can test that this will not break
   the site’s core functionality which the owner relies on for his income.
 * For anyone else who has a similar problem, I found that disabling the plugin,
   visiting the post editor and then reenabling the plugin solved the issue in the
   short term.

 * Hi Mark,
 * Sorry you are still having problems. If I try to load `http://liffeysoundfm.ie/
   wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/skin.min.css?wp-mce-4107-20141130` I get
   a `400 bad request` error from your server. Its possible other files including
   javascript files are also generating that error and causing or contributing to
   your problem. I would advise you to contact your host about this.
 * Ask them to show you where your error logs are located and to check your file
   permissions as per [http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress).
 * At this point I would also take a backup of all your files and your database
   if you haven’t already.
 * [http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database](http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database)
 * I haven’t provided much support on the forums before and am not sure of the protocol
   regarding suggesting that you engage paid help for this but it might be worth
   considering hiring a WordPress expert to help get to the bottom of this. This
   is likely to lead to a faster solution for you as support here is provided volunatarily
   and I personally will not have time in the near future to help further.
 * Best of luck!

 * Good news 🙂 Gather as much information as you can, including anything in the
   server logs relating to PHP.

 * I would also advise you to check your server logs for any PHP errors.
