 * The mwp application framework has a settings page which allows you to exclude
   certain support assets such as bootstrap js/css from either the front end, back
   end, or both.

 * Sorry for the late reply.
 * The database schema should install automatically under normal conditions. If 
   for some reason the database tables were not created, you can visit the WP dashboard
   and find the “MWP Application Framework Console” widget and click the “Update
   DB Schema” button to force update the schema which should create any missing 
   tables.
