Go to Edit table -> Basic Tab:

After that, Change your text: (Add to cart) text

One things, If you want default wc or any other plugin provided text, use a space on this field and save/publish your table.

N.B: To change add to cart text from your whole site, you can use following plugin:

Use following code. Actually on previous code, there was a little mistake.

Really sorry for that. Actually this already solved even uploaded to wp server. I just dont update version.

So in this situation: delete plugin and again install. Your problem will be solved.
