 * In my case, it turned out that the cause was a cookie named wpcf7_guest_user_id
   being blocked by the cookie-script.com service installed on the website. After
   adding the wpcf7_guest_user_id cookie to the required list, attachments are working
   correctly again with the latest version of the plugin. This topic can be closed
   from my end. Thank You.
