 * 1. Only error I can find is this: WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.
   com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Unexpected response code: 403
 * That said, Im not familiar with the browser console
 * 2. I’m using the Gutenberg editor, I had two plugins which are disabled, but 
   no change
 * 3. WordPress 5.8.1 with Twenty Seventeen theme. PublishPress Blocks 2.10.5
