I am having the exact same problem. Has anyone figured this one out?
Same exact thing happened to me. What theme are you using? I am wondering if there is corruption/vulnerability in the theme. Would that be crazy to assume?

That was it … I had changed one of the graphic files to match my old 1.2.2 kubrick headers and that didn’t work, so I thought it MUST be set in css … nope, the image files … I made the change to the images, but then of course I was one shade off, so back to it again. Not sure why the 1.5 Kubrick is slightly different than the old version … I have random headers (about 10 of them and wanted to keep them) … a pain, but 1.5 is so much nicer its been worth it. Thanks for the help!
