This seems like a really good way to improve the behavior of the plugin. I’ve used it many times now, and each implementation I do is a head scratcher.
The jQuery plugin you referenced, how did you choose to load that? I’m just curious about best practices, I guessed either grabbing a static copy of jQuery then adding the plugin? Or do you add this in your own site JS?
Thanks for the tip, I’m going to try this now.
I’d be curious to see how you’ve handled this.
Also looking for a way to keep side-matters [ref] restitution and links but stop the height adjusting in narrow browsers.
In other terms a way to switch from side-notes to end-notes.
The suggested ‘wp_is_mobile’ solution seems very blunt, and not very handy for building purposes.
Any ideas?
Thanks all, we ended up working this one out.
The plugin is great. Thanks a million.
Cheers
