If you are wanting to create a new folder you do not rename anything, you simply use something along the lines of ‘Create new folder’ or ‘Create directory’ or mkdir in Shell.
If you have a directory you wish to make a sub-directory create a directory, and then move it (in lots of FTP software you just drag it).

You are not closing your <em> or <i> tags. This can be done by </em> or </i> after the italic test, If you use the <i> tag to open it, end it with the </i> tag and if you use <em> use </em>.
