I have seen your requirements.you have to check the below points
1)Make sure the homepage is set as checkout page in backend “https://www.americascookie.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced”
2)Make sure you have removed any cart shotcodes (for examples :[woocommerce_cart])from your home page .
3)For checkout form there should be only one short-code [‘woocommerce_checkout’].
4)Make sure you have no other checkout layout related plugin active.

Are you using avada theme?if yes , i would like to visit “https://blueplugins.com/topic/compatible-with-avada/”.
Well the issue is not with plugin . The theme is adding some extra divs that’s why the design is messing.
You can test it changing your theme. Or if you got any developer you can ask them to remove any hooks used by your theme on checkout page.(Just we did with avada theme).
The last option you can try is pro version , It gives you an option to create your own layout .

There is no way you can add the code externally. you need to alter the files for it and keep it updated with every new version.
Well in your case you can go to “custom-checkout-layouts-for-woocommerce\WooCommerce\checkout\review-order.php” and edit the remove section according to your needs.

Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. But I don’t agree with your explanation.
First of all, you said the free plugin does nothing. which is not true.
Below are the features you get in the free version.
1) 3 pre-made compact layouts for checkout page
2)Let you change sections names
3)Combine your cart and checkout page and let you change your qty and remove the product on the checkout page.
4) Skips cart page.
5) Non-changeable qty for digital products.

Pro version does exactly the same but provides you some extra features (like 3 more layouts and let you create your own).
Secondly, you said the video leads you to pro version. Yes, it is true. But if you will read the video title you will get to know it’s for the pro version (Not the free version). So there is no question of dishonesty.
You just get confused and didn’t read the video title properly. Even the documentation I created is different for both the version mentioning in it’s name.

First of all, as I can see you are using an older version 1.9. Prefer to newer version and save all sections.
Secondly, the issue you are facing is not occurring for every product. it is coming for some of them. See screenshots:-

So it is possible the issue is related to something else, it could be related to product setting in the backend or any other checkout related plugin you are using.

Well for your concern I tested this version(1.9) at my end, But I am able to get all variation data.

I have visited your given link. As you are using the Avada theme. It adds some classes around the billing section.
Please add the following solution:-
Go to plugins\woocommerce-one-page-checkout-and-layouts-pro\WooCommerce\checkout\cclw_includes\cclw_billing_details_section.php

Comment or remove line no 5 & 8 .
