It was because my WordPress URL in the backend didn’t have the “www” in front of the site address. Works now, thanks!

Any image file that’s been uploaded, attached or not, shows a preview image (where I highlighted in yellow on the last image). There is something else going on here besides the image being attached or not.

Further more, I’m using the Revolution slider. The images I uploaded to use for the slides show up perfectly in the slider section but not on the front of the website.

I’ve been working with WordPress for a while and this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue.

I’ve highlighted the issue in yellow in the the pic (link below). After an image is uploaded all you see is the file name instead of a preview of the image (again, highlighted in yellow). It doesn’t show up there or on the website.
