I got the solution myself.
Just had a look at the developer-tools of the browser and there a couls see what stopped the icons from showing..

i fixed the problem. was my own fault. 😉
directory & file permissione and ownerships where wrong.
after correctiong them (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress) i can see folders to select!!! 😀Same Problem here. Allready saw in FAQ its a problem with browser. but i used actuall firefox and also chrome (both under ubuntu!) i run latest version of plugin (sept. 2012)
is there a known workaround?
