 * Hello,
   Our plugin generates new cryptocurrency addresses to track payments made
   per each order. That’s how its able to track that your customer sent a payment
   to a specific order.
 * Right after the payment is received in the generated address (which will only
   be used for that specific order), the funds are forwarded to the addresses provided
   in the plugin settings.
 * If you have any issues please [contact us](https://cryptapi.io/contacts).

 * Hello,
   For every new order, our plugin will create a new address which will then
   both redirect the funds to your provided address, plus charge our [fees](https://cryptapi.io/fees/).

 * Hello,
   We generate a unique address for each order. When the customer sends the
   payment to this address, we will forward the payment to the address you have
   provided after deducting the CryptAPI fees.
 * Please note that the Bitcoin blockchain can be slow in confirming transactions.
   For instance, orders involving USDT over Tron may take around 20 seconds to get
   confirmed.

 * Hello.
   Our plugin has a setting that allows you to time limit payments. This
   will auto-cancel the order after some time.
 * Please be aware that, due to the nature of cryptocurrency, we cannot forbid your
   customer from sending funds to the address. If the order is canceled, any funds
   sent to the address will still be forwarded to your wallet address.
 * Thank you.

 * We just want to make it clear that you don’t need to give us your email to use
   our plugin. So, it’s unlikely and doesn’t make sense that our plugin caused your
   email to be hacked.
 * After looking at your recent comment, it seems like you might be trying to make
   our service look bad. It’s also possible that you didn’t actually use our plugin(
   the fact that both accounts “beet97” and “Mark lu” were created the same day,
   is also suspicious).
 * One thing we really care about is being open and clear. That’s why we share the
   source code for everything we put on our GitHub page and WP SVN. This way, anyone
   can look at it and understand how our services work.
 * You can find the source code for our Woocommerce plugin here: [https://github.com/cryptapi/woocommerce-cryptapi](https://github.com/cryptapi/woocommerce-cryptapi)

 * If you know about this stuff, you should have no problem understanding how it
   works.
 * Feel free to write us anytime over our social channels (web chat, telegram discord
   etc), as you will receive an immediate feedback from us!

 * Hello,
 * In order for us to be able to understand what went wrong with the plug-in, please
   contact us at [https://cryptapi.io/contacts/](https://cryptapi.io/contacts/)
   or via live chat in our website.
 * You don’t need an API Key to use the plugin but it is compatible with BlockBee
