But I have another problem. In the forum topics rating itself has changed with the +/- on the star rating. And it can not be adjusted. This happens on all pages on the forum, but not on the first page. At first everything is correct.

Inactive: Plugins Garbage Collector; Regenerate Thumbnails; WPtouch Mobile Plugin.I do the following: Remove the Gallery, removed all its folders, deleted all of its tables from the database, clear the browser cache.
Then I installed version 2.0.30 of the zip archive.
And made some changes in the Other Options:

Save changes. I went into the Other Options for the second time:

Previously selected item Fancybox disappeared from the list. I highlight No Lightbox.
Saved with the error:

Sorry for the many posts.
Once again, I removed the NextGen Gallery and installed version 2.0.33. At first it worked well but after two changes in the other options missing items from the drop-down menu of Lightbox Effects and saves with the error:
