My choice balance between My Tickets and Easy Digital Download. EDD is fully translated into French. It is not for the sale of tickets but easily adaptable.
For now it’s ESD that takes the advantage.
A user_meta field in My Ticket would made the difference.

All is OK now for me. It was Ultimate Member that troubled the water. Then MailPoet was not able to see the language.
I deactivated UM translation option and voilà.

WP language was set int wp-config.php/ WPLANG. It’s now deprecated (since WP 4).
Now it’s set in the database wp_options/WPLANG
But I don’t know why MailPoet is not in the language I set.

I think that normally MailPoet is automatically set in accordance with the default language’s site.
I run several site and it’s usually what happens.
Now I’m running a multi lingual site with default language French but MailPoet stays in English.
Even if I switch to German or Spanish it stays in English… 🙁

I’ve posted in support area and in less than 12 hours it was corrected and published.
