I’m sorry I had a lot of issues so I couldn’t continue with this.
I’ve tried deactivating polylang and I put my euskara menu, and it’s working fine, so the problem is with the plugin.
I’ll try contacting my theme author, let’s see if we can figure it out

Yes, a lot of times… In fact, it takes allways the one I put in the Spanish Menu.

I changed the theme to Twenty Twelve, and I deactivated the other plugins and it’s still not working…
