Thanks for the reply, Shane.

If it were just me, then browser caching could be an issue. However, we have multiple reports of this happening from various different users who hit the site. Just to be thorough, I cleared the cache on my Firefox browser, and received the same error. With those two data points, I don’t believe it’s a caching issue.

I checked to make sure, and we are running PHP 5.5 on our site, so we are not on a lower version. Any further thoughts are appreciated.
