I am having a similar problem with my Website. I am unable to create new pages, and I am also unable to update existing pages. When I ran WP-Health the only problem it shows is that libsodium has not been activated, or is not installed. I spoke to the guys that host my site, and they doubted that it had anything to do with libsodium, that it may be a wp-plugin problem (even though I have never had this type of problem, and wp-health has never displayed libsodium as being in-active.)
They suggested that because I had set wp-cache=true in my wp-config file(for the advanced-cache plug-in), that that was why, i could no longer edit or post pages.
This issue has now become quite problematic, and I am sure that anyone reading this,(within my skill level) would understand why.
Any help, or insight to my dilemma would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.
