Hi Riza,

I wasn’t sure what you meant by reassign the author, so I’ll tell you what I did and hopefully that is right. I opened the post to edit it and removed Eiwor as the author and clicked “update”. This automatically assigned our default user (Genuine Contact), which did not make the author box appear. Then I removed the default user and added Eiwor as the author again. After updating the post, there is still no author box.

Was that what you intended for me to do? If not, please let me know how to properly reassign the author and I’ll try again.

Hello,

Thanks for the fast response. I looked in the Maintenance tab today and the “create missed authors from role” button resolved the issue. Glad it was an easy fix.
