I had no problem running it on the Litespeed server.
Could you try to get a snapshot of the browser console error messages.
Also worth trying to activate error reporting in wordpress for a few minutes and give it a try, and let me know what you get. Only this way I can help you, otherwise my hands are tied, and only do some presumption.

The main reason will be not having a valid API Key. Make sure you have Bing API key set in the Setting page.
The plugin uses microsoft bing address suggestion, some addresses cannot be found, from what I found.
You can use https://www.gps-coordinates.net/ to get the latitude and longitude for an address.
The address suggestion never worked ?
Could you have a look inside the browser console for any errors ?
It might conflict with other js.Regards

Just updated the plugin to fix the issue.
The version 2.0.2 will solve the problem.

I had a look at the page, and found the issue.Will try to solve it this evening.

But I presume it will be a bit different, each pin will have an icon in the tooltip, and when you click on it, the user will receive directions from their position to that pin.

In reply to: [Tuskcode Map Pro for Bing Maps] Multiple MapsThere is indeed a single map, but you can have multiple pins, custom pins, pins from library, title, description, custom coordinates, image will be put in the future.
What did you expect to get from the map exactly ?
As I said this version will not be improved to have multiple maps.

From what I understand you want no zooming or scrolling on mobile devices. Will that be like a fixed map?
