It will only be rendered successfully if an admin selects the value
They can edit it, but it won’t give the value (ex. 2023) . instead it gives the index of the value ( 1 )

I’ve tried to set it up, but the shortcodes inside the placeholder of the field but it won’t work, at least for surecart. And im bounded to resolve this issue with Surecart. It won’t simply save the domain name inside the form. Could you help me with it ?
