I have a helptopic and form called New employee with fields such as name, title, department etc. None of those fields show up. I can choose the category “support”, then the help topic dropdown shows up. but when i choose from the help topic dropdown, no new fields are visible.I will check again after the upgrade, but just wondering if this is something any other users have experienced.

I will upgrade to osticket 1.9.12 over the weekend and come back to you with an update.

Yeah it’s strange, cause it’s the only function not working preoperly. I can view the list, and all elements show. But when i try to view details for one specific ticket it shows “no such ticket available”.
Can it be something with the version?Cool, looking forward to those features 🙂
