I have continued to test, as I now have SFTP and SSH access to the server.
I have performed the following checks:
1- With the default WordPress theme, I can edit and save without problems.
2- The Virtue theme can be edited without problems in a basic way.The problem is when I want to modify the theme options, and I need the Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin.
The plugin installs correctly, but when I access the advanced theme options interface and try to modify any aspect of the theme, I get the following banner:

I have checked the permissions in the WP-CONTENT folder and everything seems to be in order.
Does this plugin need any special permissions?

The WordPress instance has been restored to a new one.
I have installed Kadence Importer and Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit but I still get the same error of not being able to update the advanced options of the theme.
All php.ini parameters are correct.
Any help?
If not, I will have to stop using Virtue…

I update the php.ini with these values:
php_value memory_limit = “128M”;
max_execution_time = 360;But i have the same problem.

In the php.ini of the server there are these definitions:file_uploads = On
upload_max_filesize = 32M
max_file_uploads = 20Do you think I should modify any values?

I have tried to install all the plugins recommended by the theme.
I have deactivated all the plugins.
I have also deleted all the plugins.Finally I have reinstalled the theme again, but the problem persists.
The installed plugins are:
Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features
Kadence Importer
Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle ToolkitWordpress version 5.5-en_US
Theme version 3.4.2Regards
