I had the same trouble, and the issue was, changing the permalink. The trouble is that the plugin translate the base url in different languages. Ex. EN->”http://url/products/en/index.php”, fr->”http://url/produit/fr/index.php”. So I’ve changed the permalink in “http://url/shop/en/index.php”, word shop is the same in those languages that i need.
The same problem, maybe anyone knows??
