Woocommerce bookings is a extension of woocommerce shopping plugin. It is made to provide hotel rooms, rentals etc instead of selling products. The link to the extension: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/
Sorry I said it wrong. All plugins were disabled except woocommerce AND BackWPup. That’s why I found out that BackWPup is causing to send woocommerce bookings double emails.
I was in contact with woocommerce support and they told me to inform the devs of BackWPup.
