This worked! Thank you so much for posting this. I am using GoDaddy and it was a very easy add in at the beginning of the htaccess file which can be found under the file manager section in cancel.

Finally got it, I adjusted the width and height to 1248×560 and it shows up now.
Update: I also checked in IE and it does the same thing. I would like the bottom to show up, let me know what the width and height should be to fit it in properly. Thanks! 🙂
