In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] Help please 🥺Hello,
I do not understand, what do you mean by “do you have coinpayment for sale”? The coin adapter is available free of charge.
I am not working with or for CoinPayments, other than the fact that I use their product and I recommend it for use with the software I produce.
You can change the minimum withdrawal in the coin adapter’s settings, but you can’t make it lower than the limit imposed by CoinPayments.
Currently there is no maximum withdrawal limit in the plugin. There will be one in the upcoming release.
If CoinPayments is not available in your country, then there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s a decision made by the people managing CoinPayments.

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] Other adapterHello,
Unfortunately there is no such coin adapter for the plugin. The only available adapters are the ones listed here: https://www.dashed-slug.net/howto-choose-between-available-coin-adapters/

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] The other adapterIt’s not a matter of money, I do not undertake any paid work under any circumstances. This is in the FAQ.
Think about this: Even if I were to install the plugin for you, who would maintain the server and the plugin afterwards?

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] The other adapterHello,
It is not possible for me to teach you all the necessary skills that you need to setup a full node. Please see my other reply to that question here.
If you decide to hire someone with the necessary technical skills, I can answer any questions they may have. You’ll need someone who is familiar with Linux system administration.

There is absolutely no way to reduce the fee below what the CoinPayments platform allows.

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets error@spkenrich Hello,
The message you indicate means that the plugin could not connect to your wallet.
If you are not comfortable with Linux system administration, and you can’t use the CoinPayments adapter, your only solution is to hire someone who knows about these things to help you set up a wallet. There’s no way I can teach you how to install a wallet as a service, configure the wallet, open up the firewalls, set up regular backups on cron, and keep a linux system updated over the forums.
Also, there is no such thing as a dashed-slug daemon.
Please open a new thread if you have any more questions. This is an old thread that is unrelated.

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] LimitHello,
All the available coin adapters are listed here: https://www.dashed-slug.net/howto-choose-between-available-coin-adapters/
The other adapters are for full nodes. The software shown is the Linux shell. You don’t need to download it, it comes pre-installed when you hire a dedicated server.
Keep in mind that, if you plan to install a full node wallet, you must know how to install it as a service on a Linux box (e.g. on systemd), you must keep the software stack of the server up to date, keep regular backups, and configure the networking between your full node server and the wordpress server, including any firewall issues that may arise.
I can teach you none of these things over a forum. IF you are certain that you need to run full nodes, then talk to someone with technical expertise on system administration. Running full nodes is costly and comes with unexpected surprises.

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] LimitHello,
If you are using the CoinPayments adapter, then of course you are subject to all the limitations imposed on your account. No way around it.
Also, if you are using your CoinPayments account from a country that they don’t allow, you are at risk of your account being frozen. See: https://www.coinpayments.net/help-restricted

P.S. This is the support forum for the parent plugin. The support forum for the CoinPayments adapter extension is here: https://www.dashed-slug.net/forums/forum/coinpayments-net-coin-adapter-extension-support/

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] FeeHello,
This depends on what wallet adapter you’re using.
If you are using the CoinPayments platform as a backend, then the lowest withdrawal fee you can charge is that charged by the CoinPayments platform.
You can set the withdrawal fee on the coin adapter to be equal to, or larger than the CP fee.
If it’s larger, then your site’s hot wallet balance gains the difference (Your site’s withdrawal fee minus the CP withdrawal fee). But there’s no way to charge less than what the platform allows.
If you choose to set up a Bitcoin core full node wallet, again, you’d first configure your fee settings in
bitcoin.confaccording to current network conditions. Then you’d set the coin adapter’s withdrawal fee to something equal to or larger than the mining fee charged on a typical transaction originating from your wallet. Hope this makes sense, let me know if you have questions on this.with regards

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] about pluginHello,
It is possible to construct a plugin with exchange marketplaces, however there is
no video showcasing the process. There are articles on how to setup the plugin and exchange:
First, decide on which coin adapters you are going to use depending on your needs: https://www.dashed-slug.net/howto-choose-between-available-coin-adapters/
Then, follow the instructions for your coin adapters to add the coins to the plugin. If you decide to go with the CoinPayments plugin, instructions are here: https://www.dashed-slug.net/bitcoin-altcoin-wallets-wordpress-plugin/installation-instructions-web-wallet/
Finally, there is an article on how to setup the exchange to facilitate trades between users: https://www.dashed-slug.net/howto-setup-a-cryptocurrency-exchange-on-wordpress/
I am available to answer any questions you have over the forums or email. Please open a new thread per issue/question.

In reply to: [Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets] QuestionHello,
Unfortunately, the only way to do this currently, is via the MySQL tables or via PHP code.
You may also do airdrops but these would affect a group of users, not one user.
In the upcoming wallets6 plugin this will be easy to do via the admin interface.
