There’s no setting currently to disable. You could remove the line of code that creates the custom post type. But you would then have no record of submissions if they used the form.
We understand the confusion and are making this an optional feature and moving from custom post type down to tools so this will be forthcoming asap.
To better understand your specific case, are you a webmaster and speaking about other companies/multiple different websites as your clients?
Or for one specific company/website are you mentioning that they have clients that can login to the site using wordpress permissions?
can you tell me for your ‘clients’ what wordpress permission they are logging in as? Do they have admin access to your site or editor or otherwise?
This will help us determine the best approach for hiding/disabling appropriately from specific users or all together.

In reply to: [The GDPR Framework By Data443] Update to add a do not sell featureThis gives you a custom area to manage your requests to not sell the user’s information. Requests can be made from the Do Not Sell Form by placing the shortcode on your privacy tools page.
@dfuzion the full implementation was actually missing from the last push so you should see full functionality of this feature now.

I apologize as I did not see this message until now. Usually wordpress emails alerts of new topics.We found the source of this issue- seems we had a duplicate php file causing the issue. We just pushed a new release. Can you try to update now?
If you want, you can fully delete your existing plugins and re-download fresh – but you will have to remember your settings first. Otherwise, just update the good copy you are working with.

It looks like LearnPress may not be compatible with our plugin. A few things you can check are, look in the GDPR settings area under the Consent tab and check to see if the privacy policy displays under default consent types. Next, also check the registration page (you may need to allow user registration in general settings) and see if the consent checkbox works there. Lastly, check on a blog post and see if the consent checkbox works with leaving a comment. Let me know what you find.

We recommend placing the Do Not Sell shortcode [gdpr_do_not_sell_form] under the privacy tools shortcode on the privacy tools page.Hi @paulinelephew
I think I see what you are referring to. The “Veuillez vous identifier par e-mail” on your privacy tools page is very large. If that is the issue, the font size of the header (h3) is being set by the theme styles CSS. If you wanted to reduce the size of just that header you would need to target that element specifically or you’ll change the h3 size throughout your site.Hi
You can add text above and below the shortcode on your privacy tools page. Did you need to change any text for the email field or button?
