In next update we will separate the popup feature to new tab in admin panel. There will be a checkbox if that is enabled then popup will be show on only one time and on cookie destroy and for 1st coming user that will get cookie popup else he will not get any popup.
if checkbox is not checked then it work as now.

Instruction to add Cookie Acceptance Popup
Log in as admin> Tools > Data 443 GDPR > General

and to add the privacy policy to you need to add HTML to the section below the content. Ref: Image2 http://prntscr.com/lco7og

target=”_blank” => is added to open the link on next tabalso if you want to add the custom design to the button then you can add class to button also. Then can add CSS accordingly.
