It was AUTO UPDATE, I didn’t know till I saw email.
I can’t figure out how to get a screen shot into this msg. But when I click CUSTOMIZE, box opens with X in top left, “You are customizing ?” (black box around ?) and title of site is on line below.
It just hangs, never gets any further.
