My website was doing the same thing. Whole website was just sitting there trying to load. Had to deactivate it. Will check back later if you guys have came out with a new update. It works fine for the first 2 minutes. The reviews were showing and the backend worked find to add new ones. Now it just sits there and loads and pretty much make the whole website useless.
