I would like this script also..
Im using a multi vendor store so the system splits up each item into its own shipping package. Im looking for a way to allow individual vendors to make their items free shipping by selecting a class or inputing their product into a free shipping category.. Currently your plugin applies the free shipping to all products when the condition is met for one. Do you have a script that would require the conditions to be met on a per product basis?Thanks
Yes, the admin initiates a new ticket.. Id like communication to be open both ways, either client submits ticket or admin creates ticket to content client. Either way an email needs to be sent to the 2nd party.

From what I can tell, this has not been corrected yet. When admin creates a new ticket, the user is not notified..

See I am the admin, and I want to open up a new communication with a user via a ticket. The end user needs to be notified. I have all email settings checked. I dont believe an email is generated in this situation and I would really appreciate it if you could make that happen.
It turns out that some plugins force the permission of the user role they create therefore you will have to edit plugin in php to add the proper capabilities.. I kinda suggest making an option to not require permissions, seriously we can use other plugins to hide the page containing the ticket form if we only want certain user roles to have access. Always leave functionality up to the end user… Thanks
Can you explain this better, Im not able to get my users permission to submit tickets. Im using woocommerce and a plugin that allows users to have their own stores on my site, the user type is called vendor. I used a plugin to manage roles and created a roll exactly as you called it “Support User” and assigned it to my vendor, but it did not help.

Im not looking for a sidebar widget. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/dashboard-widget-sidebar will allow me to insert a widget in the admin but the shortcode does not work because the plugin does not load the necessary files in the admin header.
Thank you for sending me the solution. The issue was with Group Repeat, it needed to be set to unlimited.
The discount is being applied to only one of the items, not the whole cart.

For now I just left it alone. Changing between versions of your plugin clears the error, and as long as I dont disable a check box again, I shouldn’t see the error. But know that the new version did not fix the error.Forum: Plugins

After that there is no way to remove the error unless you delete the current version of the plugin and install another version, this seems to clear the error. So Im switching back and forth between the current release and the one you provided in this thread.
