I have exactly the same problema here, using Masteriyo LMS Pro.
I disabled the plugins, changed themes, published it on a page outside the LMS (and it worked…), inserted it via shortcode (the Gutenberg block doesn’t appear inside the LMS).
Is there a way to find where this blockage is? I’m starting to believe I made a bad purchase…
