    Hello, we have the free version of the “WooCommerce Wholesale Prices” plugin but we do not have access to plugin support.

    This was the reason why I started a ticket in this forum.

    If it’s possible to contact your plugin’s support, please let me know how to do so.

    Or we can continue with this ticket; I can continue with the Divi Engine (BodyCommerce) team, but I need you to answer the questions from the first post:

    “Could you contact them and ask if there’s a filter or something we should do in REST to make it work?”

    Is there any documentation or suggestion you could provide to help them fix this problem?

    Hi, we disconnected the server cache on Tuesday and it failed again today.

    We checked the network from Chrome while the failure was occurring; we’re sharing a screenshot of the AJAX file:

    We understand that it’s not failing, is that correct?

    As we mentioned at the beginning of the ticket, the only way we found to eliminate the error is by deactivating and reactivating Wordfence.

    When this error occurred, the Wordfence firewall was disabled.

    Do you have any recommendations?

    Thank you for your response.
    We detected that our server was using a CDN with an active cache. We disabled this cache. Do you think this could have been related to the error?

    Hello, this store has not received any new plugins for 1 year, and the feed stopped feeding Facebook since September of this year. I am going to clone this store and download all the plugins and try, but as I told you, it worked 2 months ago and since then we have not installed anything new.

    We have just synchronized the product feed and cleared the attribute cache and were unsuccessful, it is still not generating the product list.

    In the meantime, do you have any additional recommendations?

    Hello, my question was related to whether there is a possibility when creating a field in the registration form, that this new field is added to the wordpress users table.

    Add two new fields to the registration form but I don’t see those fields in the users table and I need to save the content of these new fields in the database, is it possible?
