Does that mean the plugin is installed on every sub-site on the network?

We did that. Still the same error.

No error. Without us changing ANYTHING 7.4.5 worked.
BUT NOW, our wp-cron gives a wordfence error every time it runs:

Nice idea, but completely incorrect. Neither the owner nor the permissions have been touched in months. No changes.
Nothing on the site has been modified in at least a month. Also, I compared the permissions and ownership to several other sites we maintain. 5 in fact. ALL are set the same. 3 update, 2 fail to update.
We have compared everything we could think of between them, they are all set the same. Even tried exporting the options from a site that updated and imported to those that don’t. Same result.
It is very odd. But thanks for your suggestion. 🙂

Actually, was planning to have a system cron run wp-cron once an hour.
Was hoping someone from WordFence would weigh in on this question. 🙂We also have to check the impact, if any, on our membership plugin, s2member.

You do not listen very well – the 1st screen captures we showed were on a DESKTOP browser. It is NOT just an iphone issue.
And we tried chatting with your site support – a WASTE of time, as the ‘support’ person did not “speak” clearly, and kept wanting to blame other plugins (which we ALREADY TESTED).
We have moved on to another slider, because yours DOES NOT WORK properly. It was not a query, just a fact we demonstrated for you. You need to fix your formatting code.

Well your ‘different layout’ on an I phone shows the picture to left (in design 4) and words to right – down a loooong single word column. That is NOT responsive – it is unreadable.
Looks like this:
And as the screen shot I provided Above shows, Design 4 is also not right, not even on desktop (Chrome and firefox, windows 8.x)
I do NOT have time to make these errors up and then notify you of them – they exist. The plugin is NOT displaying correctly on an iphone OR on the desktop.
And we used the default settings – no use of short codes to change anything.

In reply to: [Customizr] How to Change Menu header background coloryes, I understand, thanks. 🙂 Some themes have custom CSS sections that hook in when the body loads, and some (like Thrive) can set custom CSS on individual pages. Just needed to know how yours worked.
It is a nice theme, plenty of options (though changing that menu header background color should be one!), but has 2 issues: I can’t seem to get rid of the ‘page title’ at the top when creating a blank page, and the theme seems a bit “heavy” in size (25 meg directory), so may not work where we have hosts sharing hosting – each site loading a heavy theme will suck up memory. 🙂
But otherwise, I like the theme. 🙂

Exactly when does the css in “advanced options” get executed? (such as before or after other code for the page?)
Some support ticket systems, such as

when installed, display a button-like image that says “support”, along the edges of the page, on all pages (or pages chosen), that opens the ticket system for the user when clicked. Sort of like floating social network buttons.based on your confusion, I suspect you do not have that particular feature. 🙂
