but shouldn’t he plug in work properly if i deactivate all the plugin and themes??? if not there is a problem within the plugin…

as I said I already tried deactivating the plugin and setting the default theme but still not working…
if I deactivate everything and set the default theme the website is going to be messy for my users and not navigable until you check it ….
