thanks for your quick reply!

In fact there was an issue with the user permissions. I followed your links to wp cli instructions and the database entries. Accordingly I was able to fix it!

But as you told even if the permissions are restored, the defect in the database could be more serious. Subsequently I will move all necessary files to a fresh wp installation.

Some data records were deleted by executing an SQL query that removed all entries containing %mailpoet%

If I open the path /wp-login and try login to Dashboard I get redirected to the home page, not to /wp-admin. In this case I am logged in and the Admin bar displays on top, but I have no access to /wp-admin

I’ve already deactivated all Plugins by rename the plugins folder.

Unfortunately the issue still exists. Plugin is active currently.

I’ve made exceptions of:

fupi-helpers.js
fupi-consb.js
/wpfp/js/head.js
fupi-woo.js
jquery.js
hooks.js

within JS Excludes, JS Deferred / Delayed Excludes and Guest Mode JS Excludes within Litespeed Cache Plugin.

Same issue here after last update
@s4shubhamverma Rollback to LS Cache Version 6.5.4 fixed it for me.

There was no order confirmation template available. Right now I created such a template by my own under Appearance > Templates

Now it looks like this:

But how can I ensure that the customer is redirected to this template?

I see you have implemented a code within my function.php during the last issue:
