Hi @gunadurai,
Sorry to hear about your troubles. APO needs nothing more than installing and activating the plugin, then, connecting your site to your Cloudflare account via the API key. Once that is done, APO in principal is already working.
There are tons of reasons, however, why your site’s output might not be cached. You may need to reach out to WP Engine’s support to make sure nothing on their network is interfering.
But, to confirm, there are no additional rules or configuration steps needed within the plugin or your Cloudflare dashboard (besides purchasing APO itself or via a Pro plan) to make APO do its magic.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cannot Set Up with API TokenHi @toad78,
I’m not sure I follow exactly what you mean with “no way to copy/paste the token”. Can I ask you to elaborate a bit more, please?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Domain is not provisioned with CloudflareHi @emserra,
This support forum is for the Cloudflare WordPress plugin that enables the APO service. Your request is not something we can help you with. That said…If the message is that your domain is not provisioned, it usually means the name servers for that domain at your registrar are not yet adjusted to Cloudflare.
But like I said, not something we can help you with.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Cloudflare] AJAX Stops working while using APOHi @couponzania,
APO works by caching the HTML of your site to Cloudflare’s edge. It does not manipulate the output of the HTML in any way. So, if you’re seeing issues with AJAX or any other files, chances are they’re touching something (or stop touching) in the render phase of your site.
Are you using any other performance related plugins?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] ERROR: [CLIENT API] Array – Took Our Site DownHi @wesb2023,
While it’s technically possible the outage in MLP and your error are related, I don’t see this a plausible scenario. Mostly because if one data center is down, it would not cause this as Cloudflare immediately transfers traffic to other available data centers.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] APO not caching URLs with query strings – expected behavior?APO has its own set of rules on what types of query paramaters are cached. Anything outside of that is not part of APO. I’m not entirely sure what the best approach is, but relying on a combination of APO and Cache Rules isn’t going to make APO cache it.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare TurnstileThis support forum is dedicated to the Cloudflare plugin that facilitates APO, Cloudflare Turnstile is not supported by this plugin.
I’m not sure what solution you’re using to connect Turnstile to your WordPress site, but potentially you’re using this one?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare Integration not working@3500digital I’m sorry to see you’re having issues, but other than recommending you double-check all your steps and all your data in fresh browser, there’s not much else I can say here…
Yes, various page builders are in the testing pool 🙂
Hi @mbaierl,
Thanks for letting us know. Improving the cache purge is already on our immediate roadmap as there is indeed a lot of room for improvement, clearing it async is one of those improvements.
That said, we’re running about a dozen test sites and we’re not seeing these delays on any of the sites, so it’s good to know it’s also highly dependent on what your WordPress stack looks like as well as potentially your WAF and things like that.
