Thank you for your feedback. But it(GoToTop-0.0.6) does work well with WordPress-3.0.5(http://ww.wp.xz.cn/wordpress-3.0.5.zip). I guess it just conflict with other plugins. Could you tell me more informations about the plugins that you installed. Thanks in advance.
