That’s just it…. I have changed the settings in the theme options/advanced settings in the backend to pull through a different background image, but it is first pulling through the image from the kadencethemes website, before loading the new image that I have uploaded to local media, over that image.
When I installed the style 2 image set options, it imported the background images into local media on the hosting server, which I have since deleted. The fact that this is calling the image located on your servers indicates it is a latent setting being pulled through as part of the page template that then gets overwritten by the settings in theme options.
I will continue to work through your theme’s coding to figure out where the issues are originating and will post the solution, if any can be found, here.

Unfortunately not. Both template and plugin are up to date.
Can you direct me to the php file/s in the theme for the contact us template?
Could you also advise the issue of the default background?
