I assume you followed the tutorial below to the letter?

Are you running multisite? This caused me no end of problems with w3 total cache. In the end I abandoned using w3 for my multisite install.
It can take a few hours for ProCDN to pick up everything from your site.
Have you visited the cdn address to see if it has picked up your images yet?
eg: cdn.yoursite.com/imagespathhere
If you have waited a few hours and they aren’t loading go back and check that you have followed the tutorial 100% – once the images are loading when you go to the C Name for the CDN then switch on caching with w3
