Okay, I found my old SQL files. Now I just need to know where to put them and how to edit them to fit properly.

I made a back up of my whole site, and the new hosting company extracted the files. I’m thinking they didn’t extract everything that they were supposed to. Anybody else have a thought?
Apparently I only moved the files, because the databases are not showing up in My SQL. I can see the config files, but I do not know how to go from there. I’m computer language stupid.
No, not before I moved it. Wish I would have known that. Wah!!!! Any other ideas?
