 * I’m having this issue also with 3.0 I posted a topic 12 hours ago but no help
   until now.

 * Verifying the unpacked files…
 * Installing the latest version…
 * …are still there gazing at me.
 * No change.
 * Do I leave it for more 7 hours? 🙂
 * … now seriously, any idea…
 * Do I…
    1. keep it running like this [it’s stable… at least it looks like] and
   wait for another version and then try again, 2. make it manually or… 3. keep 
   trying the re-installation until it works. 4. Any other suggestion…

 * Gonna leave it overnight to see what happens…. like I said in the previous post…
   last time I left it for one hour and nothing happened…
 * I’m still very optimistic about it…
