 * Anything on this issue?
    I would like to purchase the premium version. How can
   I purchase it?
 * If I click on the premium button on the plugin page, it takes me to a page where
   it says “We are sorry, but something went terribly wrong
    Invalid nonce code”.
 * Any help?
