   you will not get any support from them. When you’ll contact them on their website
   they will ask you to either renew or buy a support license. You can also see 
   the last 3,4,5 support threads. I’ve asked same question again and again like
   you did and they keep telling me to contact them on their website and on their
   website they are asking me to renew my support license. Luckily some random guy
   answered my question with no money.

   great. Yes, bookly support sucks. When I contacted them on their website they
   keep telling me that my support license has been expired and I need to renew 
   it in order to get any help from them. Their docs also suck. I wonder why no 
   one has ever faced this problem.
