I have tested by deactivating all the other plugin except for the WC and Bookings for WC. Update: I have found the issue, it was with in the theme that was passing the value 1 at any case. It is the main issue here. The quantity should be 6 but it is showing only 1, when I disable the plugin the correct quanitiy is being show. See the below screenshot when I disable the plugin. I tried everything, generated all the required icons and files but no luck.
