 * I man like this plugin although it is basic with just a text input field to specify
   a folder name or path and folder name at the end with sub folders.
    It gets a
   bit tedious with deeply nested folders, so you need to know about paths and urls
   to use the plugin effectively. I love how I can use FTP to side step this and
   either create directories with the FTP client or upload them. Then I just go
   to the folder settings and click on the button marked Make Folder & Save Changes
   and I can then see the folder in the select lists. It would be nice if that nag
   message for the extended uploader was only visible in the settings page instead
   of the library page as well its annoying. Otherwise a nice simple plugin that
   provides functionality that really should be native to WordPress by now.

 * For me the problem was that in the drop list for All Folders was not rendering
   all of the folders properly some were missing like the root uploads folder itself
   and the first two folder and the rest were not in proper alpha numeric order.

   The bulk select list was also not listing all of the folders and again they were
   not in alpha numeric order. There were folder names starting with the letter
   b listed after the letter m it was a best effort but badly done. On this site
   it is a store selling beer stuff and so far I have made a shit load of directories
   and sub directories, I like to have things organised. After the last upgrade
   I saw the notice to click the button to Make Folder & Save Changes which I did
   that is when I noticed the problem. When I looked at the state of the drop lists
   I realised that the answer in my case was simply with the script not finishing
   the task properly. So in cPanel for this site I increased Max Execution time
   to 360 second or 6 minutes but this did not make any difference when I refreshed
   the page and opened the drop lists. I clicked the button in the folder settings
   again to be sure but the folders were not listed in proper alpha numeric order
   and some were missing. So I thin increase the amount of RAM that PHP can access
   to 512MB and I then clicked on the button in the folder settings and then checked
   the drop select lists and they were rendering the list of folders in alpha numeric
   order and none were missing. So increasing execution time and memory in PHP settings
   should solve the problem, this is down to load if there are lots of folders an
   images. You need to add some information to the plugin info about this so people
   know they need to increase execution and memory limits for PHP.

 * I have been using this plugin for a while now and it has worked great so far,
   but after the last update it is not ordering the folders properly.
    When I upload
   new images to the root directory and then open the drop list to select a directory
   to move them to the directories in the list are not rendered in alphabetic order
   as they were previously reflecting the file system. Each place where you can
   view the list of directories is now different, the closes match to the file system
   tree is the select list to display all images in a specific directory. In the
   change log it says that the way the directories are displayed has been fixed
   twice with recent updates, yet here we are all having similar problems with the
   thing not rendering directories properly. The fact that the OP started this thread
   2 months and 2 weeks ago and the author has not responded does not look promising
   at all.

 * Hi wfalaa,
    I had emailed a copy of the .zip folder to feedback@ and a few minutes
   later I got a reply to acknowledge reciept of the email and an email regarding
   your reply, so I have emailed a copy of the .zip folder to you so you can check
   them out first hand. I checked out the link from your last reply and cleared
   the cache using this method via the gears icon to open the menu and clear the
   cache via Delete Browsing History and then I closed the browser, relaunched it
   logged into my site and the firewall page content I described is still not rendered
   properly and has horizontal and vertical scroll bars and the same applies to
   the scans page. In Firefox, Chrome and Opera the horizontal list of boxes scales
   and fits but not in IE and applys to text that is exceeding its container element
   its not happening with the W3C browsers everything is cook an curry. With clearing
   the browser cache I have also used the Tools menu route to open Internet Options
   to clear the cache this way and I have even opened the Temporary Internet Files
   folder selected everything deleted them just to be sure so I can see the bloodclatt
   folder is empty for true. When I load the pages I have the developer tools running
   on the network tab and all the dependencies are loading css and js files etc,
   it is obviously something silly with a style rule or rules with IE not doin the
   right or expected thing. The only things I see are some warnings about tags not
   self closing regarding some svg path tags which should have explicit closing
   tags. As I have been browsing around and looking at different things I have noticed
   there are a few other places within page content where text is exceeding its
   container and postioning of buttons is off. Hopefully this will help to resolve
   the issues. Pete Likkle more

 * Hi wfalaa,
    Sorry for the delay in replying, I cleared the cache in IE by simply
   opening the cache folder selecting everything and deleting it, then I navigated
   to my site and logged into the dashboard. Then I clicked the link for Wordfence
   to load the dashboard and created a screenshot I then loaded all of the plugin
   pages and created screenshots of each page. I then repeated the process on my
   laptop clearing the cache in IE logging into the dashboard again then loading
   all the Wordfence plugin pages and creating screenshots of each page. The problems
   still exist when viewed on the laptop using IE despite clearing the cache first
   even though I had not used the device for 6 months and as such had not recently
   used the browser to access the sites dashboard. Laptop browser info Internet
   Explorer 11 Version: 11.0.9600.18499 Update versions: 11.0.36 kb3191492 Product
   ID: 00150-20000-00003-AA459 I have placed the screen shots into 2 compressed .
   zip folders which are 1.5mb in size. Can I email them to [feedback@wordfence.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/devpete/replies/feedback@wordfence.com?output_format=md)
   I do not have an account on imgur etc, I can add a link to this thread and use

 * Hi wfalaa,
    I just cleared my browser cache and logged into the dashboard and
   checked Wordfence and I still see horizontal and vertical scroll bars and text
   that is exceeding its containing element. I had actually tried that this afternoon,
   but I gave it another go just to be sure. Also there is no caching plugin installed
   on the site nor is there any caching software running on the server Varnish was
   available in cPanel but I always disable it. Looks like its IE being bumboclatt
   as usual. I am running Internet Explorer 11 Version: 11.0.9600.18837 Update versions:
   11.0.48 kb4047206 Hopefully this detailed browser info may be more useful to
   you guys. Pete Likkle more

 * Quick update.
    I have just logged into the dashboard using both Firefox and Opera
   and checked all the Wordfence pages and they all render without any issues, no
   erroneous scroll bars or text exceeding the containing elements or the page boundaries.

 * [9 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-orders-not-displayed-in-dashboard/#post-8258420)
 * I have finally resolved the issue with details for orders not being displayed
   o the Orders page.
    The active theme is the North theme by Siteorigin which provides
   Woocommerce support is up to date and the WordPress core is also up to date,
   all the plugins are also up to date, so I knew there was no issue with the WordPress,
   the theme or any plugins needing updating. So I disabled all the none Siteorigin
   plugins one by one and I had the Orders page open in a separate tab, after disabling
   a plugin I switched tabs and refreshed the page to see if there was any change,
   unfortunately each time the details for the orders were not displayed. On the
   Woocommerce system status page everything was cook and curry green ticks everywhere,
   but the day after I checked for a plugin conflict there was an error for remote
   GET so I created a support ticket with my host and they disabled something in
   the firewall and this fixed the issue. When I looked at the source code for the
   Orders page I could see the details for orders was visible, but it was not being
   rendered by the browser because each element had the css class hidden applied
   to them. I then spent time checking the plugin files to see where and why the.
   hidden class was being applied and could not find anything that looked amiss.
   Then a couple of days ago I noticed a remote POST error regarding PayPals IPN,
   so I created a new support ticket with my host and gave them a login for the
   site, after one of the support guys checked the site he suggested reinstalling
   the Woocommerce plugin. SO after doing some research about the best way to achieve
   this without losing all the data, I decided to check for a plugin conflict again
   and found there was no conflict. Before I logged out of the dashboard I decided
   to click on the Screen Options tab and low and behold all the checkboxes were
   empty, so I clicked on one and checked it and immediately some details for each
   order were displayed in the page. I did not think to check the screen options
   simply because these are usually checked by default, so I spent time looking
   at it from a technical perspective. Unfortunately my clients granddaughter had
   been in the dashboard making changes and she had obviously unchecked them, why
   anyone would wish to hide the details for orders is another matter, only an imbecile
   would do this. Thanks again for your help and advice it is much appreciated.

 * Yeah man got that covered.
 * I enabled mod_rewrite etc a while ago when I was interfering with htaccess to
   see if I could remove the GET variable name from the URL on the static PHP sites
   I built to pretty up the URL’s.
 * I gave up after a while I was struggling with the regex and I now realise I should
   have entered the pretty URL in the address bar not the GET value URL’s, to test
   the rewrites.
 * I was a bumboclatt puttin the cart before the horse.

 * Hi Bob,
    Thanks for the reply and plugin links, I looked at a few before I started
   but I haven’t tried any yet, I want to keep the number of plugins to a minimum.
 * I have a copy of the site set up on a spare domain and hosting package I use
   for this sort of thing at hostdev.co.uk
 * So I edited the htaccess file and added a couple of redirect rules and uploaded
   it to the web server.
 * Redirect 301 /about/index.php [http://hostdev.co.uk/about/](http://hostdev.co.uk/about/)

   Redirect 301 /about/index.php?page=index [http://hostdev.co.uk/about/](http://hostdev.co.uk/about/)#
   BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule
   ^index\.php$ – [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}!-
   d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule>
 * # END WordPress
 * And then tested the rules using the URL’s below
 * [http://hostdev.co.uk/about/index.php](http://hostdev.co.uk/about/index.php)

   [http://hostdev.co.uk/about/index.php?page=index](http://hostdev.co.uk/about/index.php?page=index)
 * The first one works fine, but when I use the second URL I get to the right page,
   but the GET name value pair are appended to the end of the URL in the browser
   address bar.
 * I though maybe it was not working properly because I was testing locally under
   WAMP where the address starts with localhost, this is due to the way I have WAMP
   set up without editing my hosts file.
 * After doing some more research online it looks like I need to be rewiting the
   URL’s that contain GET values somehow, I have seen a few examples on Stack Overflow,
   but I could not make sense of them.
 * Ideally I would like to overstand this properly so I can implement the redirects
   this way as I migrate clients onto WordPress in the future.
 * Hopefully someone will be able to provide some enlightenment on the subject.
