I did the
Re-upload all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

In reply to: 3.5 Menus Broke – Not A Code Guy AT ALLThe only thing I can guess is that the theme could not be compatible with 3.5. I don’t think that would be the reason but a possibility. Try reinstalling your theme ? Delete it, re upload.
I had this working before but now it doesn’t save an avatar.

Quick question, if I import my content and upload my wp-content/uploads folder, would the images appear?
Of-topic but, I need a good way of changing wp-login and wp-admin URLs and wp-login design without effecting core files.
